Let’s get this straight from the start: If I wanted more "free" time, I’d get a job, go on holiday, or live off grid in a cabin with no emails.

But I chose to run a business. Not because I wanted to work less…

But because I wanted to build something that works smarter, grows stronger, and gives me more time for the work that actually matters.

The idea that business owners want more “free time” sounds lovely — but most of us didn’t set up shop to nap on a sun lounger. We do it because we enjoy the work, the graft, the challenge… and because we like being in charge of our own ship (even if it’s occasionally sinking).
